We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch directly to organise the return or exchange and we’d be happy to help.

Please expect 3-5 working days for poker delivery. Postage and packing costs are £4.95 per poker, delivered by courier.

Occasionally you may like to give your poker a polish. Wipe over with a soft cloth with a small amount of olive oil and it will shine like new.
